Changelog

Release notes are written in Chinese, in CHANGELOG.md at the repository root and on the GitHub Releases page. Each entry starts with the upgrade steps for that version, followed by user-visible changes and fixes.

Before upgrading, read the notes for every version between yours and the target, then follow Installation and upgrades.
